Ruben Gelin received his BA in Biology from Brooklyn College and his Master's Degree in Health Management & Policy from the Milano School of International Affairs, Management, and Urban Policy at the New School University.

Prior to founding Health Compliance NYC in 2002, he served as a Field Operations Inspector for the New York City Department of Health (DOH).

With decades of frontline and consulting experience, Ruben leverages his deep understanding of public health regulations to help the hospitality industry navigate complex compliance processes successfully.
